Senior Dues
Senior dues were due on Jan. 20. After that date they are $190 or $105 for SO members. Also, after January 20, you will NOT be guaranteed a yearbook. There will only be a limited amount of yearbooks ordered and when they are gone, they will not be reordered.
Place: S.O. Office Room 158, (Periods 5 – 8 )

All payments must be made by money order only! Cash and personal checks will not be accepted. Please make all money orders payable to “francis lewis high school” all payments are non-refundable.
Only those students who have met all department of education requirements by June 2012 will be allowed to attend the graduation ceremony.
Senior Rings
Senior rings are available for purchase with Josten. A representative will be here on the following day: Friday January 12th.

Go to Room 158 to pick up Senior Packet with more detail information which includes Paint Ball permission slip along with trip permission slip which must be signed by your parent/guardian and returned with payment.
· All students must be passing all their required classes.
· Cannot have a dean’s record.
Must have all parental consent forms and deposits/payments in ON TIME!
Senior Awards Night-REVISED

Place: School Courtyard
Description: Awards will be presented to students who have excelled at Francis Lewis High School. Students will be awarded for their achievements in academics, school and community service, leadership, and athletics. Scholarships will also be awarded to select students.
Sports Awards Ceremony
Date: June 11, 2012
Time: 5:00 P.M
Place: School Cafeteria
Description: The Sports Awards Ceremony will be held in honor of all athletes who have dedicated much of their time to sports. These exemplary students/athletes spend much of their time after school and during the weekends perfecting their athletic skills in competitions. At this ceremony, athletes will be honored for preserving excellence in Francis Lewis athletics.
Senior Prom
Date: June 7, 2012
Time: 7:00 P.M. — 12:00 A.M.
Place: Crest Hollow Country Club, Woodbury, NY
Cost: $85.00 **
Description: The senior Prom is one of the last opportunities you will have to be with all your Lewis friends. It is going to be the most memorable dance. The price includes a “coketail” hour, a 3 course meal, prom favor, One ticket**, Invitation, and Prom DVD.

** Each senior is entitled to buy two tickets.
Graduation
Date: June 27, 2012
Time: 10:00 A.M. **
Place: Hofstra University
Description: Graduation is the best part of the senior year. The friends we made, the teachers we have had, the events, and the overcrowded hallways will be missed. Graduation is the ceremony where we will celebrate our last day together as a class and take a step forward.
**Students MUST arrive at Hofstra University at 8:00 A.M.

When is graduation?
Graduation is on Wednesday, June 27th 2012, Graduation starts at 10:00 A.M. Students MUST arrive at Hofstra University at 8:00 A.M.
When will I get my Graduation tickets?
Tickets will be distributed at the Senior BBQ on June 26th 2012. Everyone is entitled to 4 tickets.
Will I be able to attend senior BBQ if I DID NOT pay my senior dues?
The senior BBQ is open to those students who have paid the senior dues.
Will I be able to get extra tickets?
Extra tickets are NOT guaranteed. Your request must be put in writing 2 weeks before graduation.
When will I receive my yearbook?
Yearbooks will be distributed June 5, 2012 in the auditorium, IDs and receipts will be required.
